Exchange Committee

The committee members are:

Licensing Committee

Handles all matters pertaining to the licensing of the Listing Sponsors and Trading Agents of the Exchange. Includes the approval and issuance of new Licences and the suspension of current Licences. The committee members are:

  • Mr. Badlisyah Abdul Ghani (Chairman)
  • Mr. Raymond W.B. Wong
  • Mr. Paul Ong Whee Sen
  • Ms. Chok Kwee Bee
  • Mr. Jamaluddin Nor Mohamad

Listing Committee

Handles all matters relating to the listing of new financial instruments and post listing obligations. The committee members are:

  • Datuk Chin Chee Kee (JP) (Chairman)
  • Mr. Jamaluddin Nor Mohamad
  • Mr. Paul Ong Whee Sen
  • Mr. Raymond W.B. Wong

Disciplinary Committee

Handles all disciplinary issues relating to market participants of LFX. The committee members are:

  • Tuan Hj. Abdul Kadir Hj. Md Kassim (Chairman)
  • Dato' Dr. Nik Norzrul Thani bin Hassan Thani
  • Mr. Goban Arasu

Market Development

Handles all matters pertaining to the customers of the Exchange including developing and marketing of the exchange business.

Operations

Handles all matters pertaining to the operational activities, that includes licensing, listing, trading, settlement, clearing, depository, business continuity plan of the exchange and other operational related activities and also perform the supervising and monitoring of market players to ensure compliance with the Exchange's Rules and Regulations.

Support Services

Handles IT support, finance, administration and human resource functions.
